Click the Glossary
icon in the left toolbar and click the + icon to create a glossary.

Click the menu to see options to create a new term as well as to rename or delete the glossary itself..

To create a term, click New Term and enter the term name and the definition.

To add the term to a topic, drag to where it is required.
You can edit or delete a glossary term by hovering over and clicking the icons that display.
